The Somatic Flow Session will give you and your body time to slow down and be present. We will combine elements of meditation with the same quality of deep work in a standard session.
The practitioner will provide insight into what muscles hold onto specific emotions, or types of experiences. The goal is relieve pain, while allowing your body to speak to you.
